1.Account Safety ?
Topgameseller relies on strictly enforced internal policies to safeguard customer game accounts. Every single character is leveled by a master player that conducts himself in an ethical manner in the game. Your character will not be used to Player-Kill, Kill-Steal, hoard farming locations, or any other in-game behavior that is frowned upon. It goes without saying that macros, dupes, game bug exploits, and other such foolishness will never be used. In short, your character will be leveled the safest way possible: by going through the grind and doing some simple quests.
 
2.Where are you located ?
Topgameseller located in USA since 2002 and has conducted business for over 4 years. Our primary office building is located in Germantown, Maryland.
 
3.Are you a legally registered company in the United States ?
Yes, we are a fully registered & licensed business in Maryland
 
4.How do you level my character?
We assign 2 or 3 expert players to your character to do the leveling; the person playing your character has a very good understanding of how your specific class is played. Your character is primarily leveled via what is commonly known as "grinding," where we play solo simply killing monsters over and over. However we do sometimes do simple quests to obtain experience. We have extensive knowledge of your game's world and know the best areas & quests to level your character as fast as possible.
 
5.Do you use bots or macros?
No! We do not use any bots or macros to perform our services. We have over 400+ employees that personally work on your character. This ensures your character is leveled the safest way possible.
 
6.Will you use my character to PK (player-kill) or KS (kill-steal)?
No! We will never involve your character in PKing, KSing, farming or any other behavior that is frowned upon.
 
7.What do you do if someone sends a tell to my character?

Normally we will respond as if /DND when another player sends you a tell, however if a GM sends you a tell we will say hello to him or her. We can respond in any way you like though. If you have any specific answers you would like us to use, please just let us know and we will be sure to use them.

 
8.I don't what my guild or friends to know that you are playing my character. What will you do?
They will see you as /DND what shows "don't interrupt me no, I will talk to you later" and we will act so when they send you a tell.Also you can give me a reply you want and I will follow what you told me too.
 
9.Do I keep the money & items gained while you play my character?

Yes, of course! All items and gold we got during the powerleveling service belongs to you.We will keep it on your character and while you login you will found all items and gold we got for you.

 
10.I understand it takes multiple days to level my character, but I want to play with my friends during the week; am I able to play while you are leveling my character?

Of course! You may schedule time for us to level your character or for you to play by yourself. You may also order part time service from us that is flexible for you to arrange the time.

 
11.After I pay, how quickly can you start my order?

Your order will be started within 10 mins unless there're some wrong msg you left to us. If meet such problems we will send you an email at once and please insure the email address you filled can be reached.

Sometimes our powerleveling departments will be full and it may take a bit longer for your order to start. You can be assured that once free workers are available, we will start on your order. Remember, we do not use bots or macros and all work is done by a real person.

 
12.Do you upgrade my characters equipment as he/she levels?
Yes. Any upgrades obtained while leveling your character will be used accordingly.If we get some epic during the powerleveling we will leave it for your char if the epic doesn't matches your class and you can decide how to use the epic.
 
13.Will my characters other skills such as defense & attack be leveled? What about my trade skills?
Your character is actively fighting while gaining experience, not sitting on the side soaking up exp. So yes, your characters battle skills will be raised as we play your character. As for other skills (baking, blacksmithing, etc), we will level them as we can.If you want the professions powerlevelin to be 300 you may put an order for it.
 
14.What security precautions are taken to protect my personal information?
We take your privacy extremely seriously. We have systems in place to screen every order and protect who has the given orders information. Information given to us is never disclosed to any third parties and is only given to those in our company who need it to complete your order. Once your order is completed, please do change your password.
 
15.Are you affiliated with any other gaming companies?
No. We are an independent company that is 100% focused on providing services in massively multiplayer games. We have no affiliations with any game related companies at this time.
 
16.How do I place an order?

1. Select a game that you are playing , and click its picture you will enter the corresponding webpage.

2.Choose the product you are looking for and then add it to your shopping cart and then fill in your information as required.

3.If you want to ask any questions while put the order please contact us by MSN,Live help or email us.

4.Once payment is confirmed your order will be submitted for processing. We usually start on new orders within an hour of receipt.

5,After you powerleveling was finished please do remember to change your password at once.

 
17.How to check my order progress when you power-leveling my character?

1.check the progress in "Order statues" of my web page with your order number.

2.check with our Customer Care by instant message or live help.

 
18.What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer PayPal but also accept Western Union , Moneygram, check & concealed cash.
